As a somatic coach in Virginia Beach, I help people reconnect with their bodies, slow down, and gently listen to the stories beneath the surface. These aren’t always stories we can speak.

Some are carried in the throat—a tightness, a lump, or words that feel stuck.
Some are held in the breath—shallow, restrained, or out of reach.
Others live in the belly, in a constant gripping or clenching we’ve come to normalize.
In the lower back, quietly aching from the invisible weight we carry.

What the Body Remembers

The nervous system is always paying attention.
Our brain responds to our environment, memories, and internal cues even when we're not consciously aware. It adapts to protect us, but sometimes, those protective patterns stay long after we’ve outgrown the situations that shaped them.

We explore these responses through somatic and mindfulness-based coaching—not as problems to fix but as wisdom to understand.
